I absolutely love my "Meet the Naturopath" Tuesday mornings at the clinic, I have so much fun thinking up new snack recipes and sharing them with the Rosedale Clinic community. I always enjoy hearing interesting stories and getting feedback on the recipes and this one was definitely a hit! All the chocolatey, creamy goodness of peanut butter balls with the packed protein and fibre punch of lentils. Throw in some chia seeds, sesame seeds, and oats and they become power protein balls with no baking required!
