Borage and Dill Yogurt Dip

I love getting creative with what's growing in the garden. I've been trying to use up the dill in my garden before it goes to seed and the borage is growing like crazy so I decided to combine them in this wonderfully cooling dip. In case you've never tried borage, (the leaves and flowers are edible) it tastes like cucumber and in my mind cucumber + dill + yogurt = perfect combination. This dip is full of healthy fats and was the perfect companion to my salmon dinner but I think it would also be a great veggie dip!
