This recipe was inspired by the heaps of dill I had growing in my garden in the spring and I'm just getting around to posting it now. It really is the perfect summer treat especially for someone who loves dill as much as I do! I think it's an unseemly combo that actually works really well.
Pineapple Dill Sorbet
2 cups of chopped frozen pineapple
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup (if extra sweetness is desired)
2-3 springs of fresh dill leaves (depending on how much you like dill)
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
Blend, pour, and enjoy
